We’re hiring! Arrae is seeking a passionate, full-time Customer Experience Specialist. Our customer support team is the closest line of communication between us and our customers. For this role, we are looking for someone to own the customer experience at Arrae, from responding to customer questions and concerns to implementing efficient systems to ensure an optimized customer experience. You will act as the brand voice and set the standards for how we interact with our community.

What You’ll Do:
Learn, understand and compose Arrae dialogue to effectively respond to customer inquiries
Manage and respond to all inbound customer support questions in a timely manner
Develop and constantly update all CX processes for maximum efficiency
Work collaboratively with the Arrae team to ensure proper execution of Arrae’s best care practices
Ensure the most optimized FAQ and Policies are in place for seamless customer experiences
Work collaboratively with external shipping partners to resolve issues
Work closely with production/marketing teams to ensure the CX team is properly educated for new product releases
Utilize external platforms (such as Gorgias) to streamline and log inquiries
Prepare monthly reports to present internally, tracking KPIs and growth initiatives
Qualifications:
Customer support experience (2+ years)
This position is a 100% remote. Our customer success organization is based out of Canada so we prefer someone Canadian but are open to US applicants too.
Self-starter, highly motivated and must thrive in a fast-growing company
Strong project management skills, must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of 3rd party tools & apps: sales (ex Shopify), helpdesk (ex Gorgias, Zendesk), 3PL and reporting.
