The Role

• Provide leadership in content, creative and brand strategy across multiple channels
• Strategize and develop content game plan for each social media channel and continually evolve and adjust content strategy to meet metric targets including engagement, follower growth, impressions, reach, traffic, revenue, etc
• Build content calendar and strategy to align with product and brand launches, sales, events and activations and other brand initiatives that require content and 
• social media integration
  
• Partner closely with Founders and Digital & Partnerships lead to develop the brand narrative to ensure alignment on a shared vision and roadmap
• Drive strategy and execution of social media initiatives through content storytelling, ensuring a consistent brand message across multiple consumer touch points including Instagram (feed, Stories, IGTV), YouTube and TikTok
• Monitor, measure and analyze the effectiveness of content distribution channels to enable continuous learning, program optimization

Job requirements - You:

• Are creative and on top of trends
  
• Have experience with new and existing social media platforms and a technical understanding on how to generate awareness and engagement
• Are extremely visual and have an eye for great branding and viral content
  
• Love to collaborate with others and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  
• Understand the power of community and how to build one
  
• Are extremely organized and have the ability to streamline processes and develop an efficient pipeline for asset creation
• Are a master at using Canva
  
• Are willing to work flexible hours to meet the needs of a fast-growing startup
  
• Are comfortable working with little direction and have an entrepreneurial attitude
  
• Have a passion for wellness

Qualifications: 

• 3+ years experience in content strategy and planning
  
• Highly active on social media
  
• Expert level attention to detail
  
• Strong knowledge of beauty, lifestyle + wellness influencers
