So soothing and comforting
I sometimes experience bloat in the afternoon and this latte was just what I was looking for ! It doesn’t get all the boat away but yes it helps and gives me a good relief. It’s very soothing , warming and calming. And the ritual just feels so good. I like to make mine with cashew or coconut milk and add a little honey !
