create natural products that really work!
1. Don't save your calories.
Eat regular meals throughout the day, even if you know you’re going out for dinner. This will ensure your metabolism is working all day and stop you from overeating while out.
2. Veggies are the new breadbasket.
Front load your meal with vegetables! Eating vegetables and lean proteins first, before diving into carbohydrates, has been found to decrease the post-meal blood sugar spike. High blood sugar levels can have significant negative effects on digestion.
3. Alcohol is like diamonds - the clearer, the better.
If you’re drinking, stick to clear liquors with sparkling water and/or lemon.
4. Size matters.
Be aware of portion sizes. Plan to take home half of your meal for the next day’s lunch.
5. Watch Your Water.
Be mindful of water intake. Stick to one glass of water while having your main meal. Drinking too much water while eating can put an increased demand on digestion.
6. Don't forget your Bloat Capsules!
Bloat by Arrae is a combination of 5 herbs and a digestive enzyme, designed to help speed up your digestion. Take 2-3 after dinner to optimize digestion and ensure you have absolutely no bloating.

“I’d struggled with health issues for years and turned to natural remedies as a last resort.
After troubleshooting my own health problems through the use of herbs, minerals and vitamins, I realized that natural products had the power to solve women’s toughest day-to-day health issues.
The trouble was that I couldn’t find natural, organic, high-quality supplements which solved targeted problems while being beautiful. I wanted to bridge this gap and bring women an efficacious product which really spoke to them."
