30-Day Return & Refund Guarantee
Here at Arrae, we understand that each customer is unique, and to support you along our wellness journey, we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience.
We offer a seamless 30-day return policy on any eligible purchase made directly on our website, www.arrae.com.
If you’ve decided that our products aren’t quite right, you can request a return for your first Arrae product within 30 days of your carrier confirmed delivery date.
While you will not need to return the product to us for qualifying refunds, we do ask for feedback as part of the process. Feel free to gift the remaining product to a friend or family member who could find some relief.

Eligibility for Refunds
One Product Only: This guarantee covers one jar, box, or container of product per customer.
Subscriptions, Bundles, & Build-A-Bundles: If you purchase a 2, 3, or 6-month subscription, only one jar, box, or container of product from the subscription or bundle will qualify for a refund. Any additional product as part of the subscription or bundle will not be refunded.
Multiple Product Variants: If you purchase multiple formulas, only one jar, box, or container from the order’s entirety is covered by this policy. All other product variants do not qualify for a refund.
Original shipping, handling, and package insurance costs are not included in any refunds.
Eligibility for Returns
If all products from your order are unopened and in sellable condition, your order can qualify for a return, and can be sent back to us.
Once received, a refund is issued minus the cost of the return label we provide.
If a 2, 3, or 6-month subscription was purchased, all items must be in sellable condition to qualify for a return of the order.
Original shipping, handling, and package insurance costs are not included in any refunds.
Exclusions
We cannot accommodate refunds or returns for orders purchased through online and in-store retail partners, like Target, Ulta, Sprouts, Vitamin Shoppe, GNC, Amazon, and TikTok Shop. Please contact your point-of-purchase for assistance with a return or refund request.
Orders that were complementarity replaced (outside of product damages at the time of delivery or lost in transit during shipping) are not covered for refunds or returns.
Please note that refunds and returns do not apply to merchandise items, sale items, or limited edition products. This includes capsule cases, travel-size products, and sample sizes.
Helpful Information
All refund and return requests must be submitted through our Returns Portal.
Refunds are issued to the original payment methods and can take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
Changes in payment details result in a forfeiture of a refund.
Shipping label fees on an eligible return cannot be waived.
