How long does shipping take?
When an order is placed, it normally takes our team approx 3-5 business days to get it processed, packed up and ready to ship to you. *Orders containing our new MB-1 may take 1-2 weeks to process
Once an order is sent out, the shipping time varies by destination. Please note, due to the high volume of orders, processing and shipping times may occasionally be longer than normal during this time.
For domestic orders in the US & Canada, the average time for standard shipping is 5 to 7 business days.
For international orders, the average time for standard shipping is 12 to 25 business days. Due to current global events causing service delays, international orders to the Middle East may be subject to longer than usual delivery times. We are so sorry for any inconvenience resulting from this delay but we promise orders are still on their way!
Customs & Duties
For international orders, the cost of shipping goes towards shipping the item only. International orders may be subject to additional customs fees and/or taxes depending on the location at the discretion of the local customs agency. The customer is liable for any additional customs or duties fees and taxes necessary to receive the package.
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your first purchase, you may request a refund for your first jar of product within 30 days from the date of purchase (minus a shipping and handling fee, VAT, import taxes or duties).
Refunds apply only to the first jar on your first purchase of our Bloat, Calm, Sleep, Heartburn, Gut Boost, Bloat Latte, Magnesium, MB-1 or Constipation products (Refunds do not apply to our merchandise items like Capsule Cases, items purchased on sale, or any Limited Edition items like L-Glutamine, Gift Sets, Travel packs, Sample packs). These refunds are subject to a shipping and handling fee.
If your order is for a subscription of 3 or 6 months, we require unopened jars be returned to us. Customers must provide Arrae with images of the unopened product, and Arrae will only issue refunds for sealed and unused inventory. The customer is responsible for sending eligible products back to Arrae at their own expense. Tracking must be provided to Arrae and Arrae will not cover the cost of return fees. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued less a shipping and processing fee.
Refunds and exchanges are unfortunately not applicable to any subsequent shipments, or subscription auto-renewals, even if they are billed, paid, or shipped during this 30-day period. No exceptions.
If your refund request is outside of the 30-day guarantee, we will be unable to issue a refund.
Refunds take approximately 2-5 business days to process.
