Shipping & Returns
How long does shipping take?
When an order is placed, it normally takes our team 24 to 48 hours to get it processed, packed up and ready to ship to you. Once an order is sent out, the shipping time varies by destination. Please note, due to the high volume of orders and our recent warehouse move, processing and shipping times may be longer than normal during this time.
For domestic orders in the US & Canada, the average time for shipping is 5 to 12 business days.
For international orders, the average time for shipping is 10 to 20 business days. Due to current global events causing service delays, international orders to the UK and the rest of Europe may be subject to longer than usual delivery times. We are so sorry for any inconvenience resulting from this delay but we promise orders are still on their way!
Customs & Duties
For international orders, the cost of shipping goes towards shipping the item only. International orders may be subject to additional customs fees and/or taxes depending on the location. The customer is liable for any additional customs fees and taxes necessary to receive the package.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange (for another product of equivalent value) within 30 days from the date of purchase (minus shipping/ handling, VAT, or duties).
Refunds apply to the first order for our Bloat, Calm, Sleep and Bloat Latte products only (refunds do not apply to our Carry-on capsule case). Refunds are not applicable to any subsequent shipments, even if they are billed, paid, or shipped during this 30-day period.
