We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior supply chain manager to join our team at Arrae. Experience in managing Multi channel Inventory and supply chain is required. You will play a critical role in the success of Arrae complex supply chain management for Multi channels with right inventory level.

Key responsibilities:

Forecasting and Demand Planning:

  • Lead Monthly supply planning and S&OP process and ensure alignment across sales, supply, Finance and Operations.
  • Work with demand planning team report monthly forecast accuracy, fill rate, DSO and on-time ship. 
  • Manage inventory levels, safety stick, and replenishment cadences.
  • Prevent stockouts and excess inventory through disciplined planning.
  • Support forecasting for retail and DTC expansion.
  • Build a model for new innovations inventory planning aligning with all responsible party.
  • Plan and manage any raw material source.
  • Manage marketing and TikTok samples
  • Drive continuous improvement.
  • Be one of the lead partners during Net Suite implementation process.

Cost Structure and Unit Economics:

  • Own BOM cost structure and continuously identify cost savings opportunity.
  • Partner with Product development and finance to model product margins and support pricing decisions.
  • Maintain competitive unit economics as the company scales.

Vendor & Partner Management:

  • Support and develop the company’s full network of manufacturing and operational
    partners with Product development team.
  • Establish vendor performance standards and conduct regular supplier reviews with PD team.
  • Be part of weekly call with PD team to ensures coman are clear on purchase order and inventory delivery

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chian and demand planning process in CPG industry is needed.
  • Prior Experience in running a high growth company supply chain management is a
    Plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; any prior experience in impending a demand and supply chain planning system will be a PLUS.
