What’s your favorite arrae product and why?
Camille Styles: As someone who's dealt with digestive issues for years, I've tried just about every supplement on the market—and I always come back to Bloat. It just works. I like to be able to enjoy all the delicious food and it’s my secret weapon for feeling great afterwards.
Give our readers a look inside your PM routine. What are you doing post-dinner to help you unwind from the day, spend quality time with your kids, and prepare for deep, restful sleep?
Camille Styles: Sleep hasn’t always come easily to me, so I take my wind-down routine seriously:

Tell us about your favorite manifestation strategies. How do you get clear on what you want, then take the necessary action to align with your vision?
Camille Styles: I believe in pairing visualization with aligned action. Whenever I’m making a big decision about work or life, I love to do the "Future Self" exercise where I envision myself living the best possible version of me. It gives me so much clarity around what I really want and who I’m becoming.
Once I’ve visualized my future self with so much detail that I can feel it, I ask:
What is my future self doing that I’m not doing now?
What am I doing now that my future self has outgrown?
From there, I build small daily habits that will move me closer to that version of me.
If you could go back 5 years and share one piece of advice with your younger self, what would you say and why?
Camille Styles: Don’t measure your success by other people’s opinions. Tune in to what YOU really want and listen to your intuition—that’s where the real fulfillment and level-up is found.
If you had to pinpoint one “secret ingredient” for achieving mind-body-spirit alignment, what would it be? How does it fuel lasting success?
Camille Styles: Setting aside daily time to check in with yourself—whether that's journaling, prayer, or meditation. For me, it happens first thing in the morning. I take a few quiet moments to ask God how he wants to use me that day, review my goals and set my top three priorities for the day. That clarity keeps me focused on what truly matters.
Walk us through your morning routine. What are some non-negotiable practices or products that you’re loving in this season of life?
Camille Styles: My morning routine is everything—it sets the tone for my entire day.
I wake up, start the coffee, and do my skincare: a simple cleanse, U Beauty’s Resurfacing Compound, and Doré's Vitamin C Serum. If I need an extra glow, I add a dropper-full of Saltyface sunless tanner.
Then I head to the back patio with my journal, coffee, and headphones. I listen to chill music, take time to pray—my faith is the foundation of everything I do—then journal my top three priorities for the day. I do a quick calendar check to make sure I've made space in my day for them.
Then it’s the whirlwind of kids, lunches, and school drop-off. After that, my husband and I go for a 2–3 mile walk around the neighborhood before diving into the workday. This walk is my most important wellness habit—daily sunshine, movement, and connecting with my husband is a true game-changer. (I break down my whole morning routine here.)
Fill in the blanks: I used to think my dream life looked like _____, but now I know it’s actually ____.
Camille Styles: Achievement → Alignment.
Tell us about your thoughts on ‘work/life’ balance. Does it exist? How do you balance your many roles as a business owner / wife / mom / friend, while showing up with integrity and intention?
Camille Styles: Balance isn’t something we find—it’s something we create with intention. I’m always recalibrating, but I’ve learned that alignment requires saying no to the things that don’t serve your priorities. I truly believe we can be present mothers and build big dreams—but it requires boundaries and being crystal clear on what is most important to us. I’m always obsessively looking at how I’m spending my time, because I believe that it’s the biggest indicator of whether or not I’m truly aligned with my priorities.
What’s something you’re proud of but never post about?
Camille Styles: Sometimes I go days without posting because I’m fully immersed in real life. I don’t like multitasking on my phone—it pulls me out of the moment. So whether I’m with my family, deep in creative work, on vacation, or in nature, I’m ALL IN. These boundaries are so key to really living life and feeling fulfilled, even if they don’t always translate to content.
Who or what is inspiring you lately?
Camille Styles: I’m endlessly inspired by women who live boldly on their own terms. Oprah, Georgia O'Keeffe, Brené Brown, Martha Stewart—they've each modeled clarity, courage, and purpose, and really don’t give a damn if anyone else “gets” what they’re doing. I also love how Reese Witherspoon champions women in business and storytelling. That kind of trailblazing energy fuels me.
