Weather-Related Shipping Delays
Due to severe winter weather and state-of-emergency conditions across parts of the U.S. and Eastern Canada, some shipments may experience delays. This may also impact warehouse operations.

Customers in the following areas may see longer delivery times:
AL, AR, DE, GA, KS, KY, LA, MD, MS, MO, NJ, NY, NC, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, Washington DC and parts of Eastern Canada including Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, and Quebec.

How long does shipping take?
When an order is placed, it normally takes our team approx 3-5 business days to get it processed, packed up and ready to ship to you.
Once an order is sent out, the shipping time varies by destination.

Please note, due to the high volume of orders during holidays and sale periods, processing and shipping times may be longer than normal during this time.

For domestic orders in the US & Canada, the average time for standard shipping is 7-10 business days.

For international orders, the average time for standard shipping is 12 to 25 business days. Due to current global events causing service delays, international orders may be subject to longer than usual delivery times. We are so sorry for any inconvenience resulting from this delay but we promise orders are still on their way!

Customs & Duties
For international orders, the cost of shipping goes towards shipping the item only. International orders may be subject to additional customs fees and/or taxes depending on the location at the discretion of the local customs agency. The customer is liable for any additional customs or duties fees and taxes necessary to receive the package.
