Hormone-Balancing Inositol Blueberry Chia Pudding Recipe

Wild Blueberry Protein Chia Pudding with Cinnamon & Cultured Coconut Yogurt

Ingredients:

  • 1 stick of arrae Inositol
  • 1 scoop of high-quality vanilla protein powder
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup wild blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cultured coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla bean powder or extract
  • Pinch flaky sea salt

  1. In a medium bowl or jar, whisk together almond milk and protein powder until smooth. Ensure there are no lumps.

  2. Stir in chia seeds, cinnamon, vanilla, arrae Inositol, and a pinch of sea salt.

  3. Gently fold in wild blueberries.

  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until pudding thickens.

  5. Before serving, stir the pudding well and top with coconut yogurt. Finish with a light sprinkle of cinnamon.
