Wild Blueberry Protein Chia Pudding with Cinnamon & Cultured Coconut Yogurt

Ingredients:
- 1 stick of arrae Inositol
- 1 scoop of high-quality vanilla protein powder
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup wild blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cultured coconut yogurt
- 1/2 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla bean powder or extract
- Pinch flaky sea salt

In a medium bowl or jar, whisk together almond milk and protein powder until smooth. Ensure there are no lumps.

Stir in chia seeds, cinnamon, vanilla, arrae Inositol, and a pinch of sea salt.

Gently fold in wild blueberries.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until pudding thickens.

Before serving, stir the pudding well and top with coconut yogurt. Finish with a light sprinkle of cinnamon.
