What’s your favorite arrae product and why?
Jeannette Aranda: I can’t live without Tone. It’s truly changed my body composition and energy. I feel stronger, more supported, and honestly, I don’t crash mid-day like I used to. Game-changer.
If you had to pinpoint one “secret ingredient” for achieving mind-body-spirit alignment, what would it be?
Jeannette Aranda: Presence. That sounds simple, but it’s everything. When I’m actually in my body, aware of my thoughts, and not racing ahead or living in the past — that’s when I feel the most aligned. And that alignment creates space for everything else to thrive.
If you could go back 5 years and share one piece of advice with your younger self, what would you say and why?
Jeannette Aranda: Stop resisting the beautiful life that’s unfolding for you. Trust yourself. Trust your timing. Every breakdown led to something sacred, you just couldn’t see it yet.
To elevate our lives, we have to let go of the old stories, habits, and beliefs that are weighing us down. What are a few things you’ve surrendered lately to align with your highest self?
Jeannette Aranda: Perfectionism. People-pleasing. The idea that I have to do it all or hold it all together all the time. I’ve been choosing rest over proving. Peace over control. And it’s shifted everything. Also, asking for help when I need it.
Walk us through your morning routine on the weekdays versus the weekends. What, if anything, is different?
Jeannette Aranda: Weekdays are more structured — I wake up before the boys, do my wellness ritual. A little meditation on the Open app., workout or go for a walk and then make myself a little latte. Weekends are slower. I let the boys sleep in we play music, light a candle and cook some breakfast. Most weekends we hit the farmer’s market. It’s a vibe.
What are 3 holy grail products in your PM routine?
Jeannette Aranda:
1. Magnesium (every single night)
2. Castor oil pack for liver love
3. Tatcha Indigo Overnight Repair — it’s skincare therapy
Fill in the blanks — I used to think wellness meant _____, but now I know it’s actually ____.
Jeannette Aranda: I used to think wellness meant doing all the things. Now I know it’s actually feeling safe in my body and at peace in my life.
How do you balance self-care while also being a present mom? What wellness practices do you love to do with your boys?
Jeannette Aranda: It’s not always balanced but I try to let them in. They see me prioritize my body, my rest, my joy. We go on walks together, makes nourishing meals and picnic. Even sitting in the sun and experiencing boredom is self care to me. Wellness doesn’t have to be separate from motherhood. I think it can be woven into the little moments.
What’s been a source of life for you lately?
Jeannette Aranda: Nature. Real conversations. The tiny ways my boys love me back. And honestly, saying no more often.
A hot take on wellness or something in your routine that would shock most people:
Jeannette Aranda: Coffee enemas. IYKYK. It’s not glamorous, but my liver, skin, and mood all say thank you.
