What’s your favorite arrae product and why?
Pia Mance: Introducing arrae Bloat to my routine was a game changer. I carry it in my purse at all times, especially when I travel. As someone who’s constantly on the go, Bloat helps me feel my best and stay comfortable — no matter where I am in the world.
Walk us through a day in your life of the founder of Heaven Mayhem:
Pia Mance: Every day looks a little different, but a typical day starts with an early wake up, my ice roller and hot tea. Then, it’s a workout at home (Pilates by Bryony is my go-to). I try to be at the office by 8am, where I spend the day in calls, design meetings, and working with my team. Sometimes even taking calls on walks with my dog Wolfie, who’s at the office with me every day. Evenings are spent at home ordering Goop for dinner with my husband Cody, and finishing my night with a face mask.
Give us a glimpse into your getting ready routine during the week. What are your tips to looking effortlessly chic, in under 20 minutes?
Pia Mance: My skincare routine is quick and easy: Christie Kidd cleanser, exfoliating pads, and sunscreen. I can do my makeup in under 10 minutes and my hair is a slick back bun. The biggest game changer is setting my outfits for the week on Sunday, which gets me out the door in 20 minutes.
If you could go back 5 years and share one piece of advice with your younger self, what would you say and why?
Pia Mance: “Done is better than perfect” is something I live by. There will always be something you want to change or a reason to wait for the “right time” or the “perfect moment.” I’d tell my younger self to just start, put it out there, and refine as you go.
Who or what inspires you when designing a new collection?
Pia Mance: Designing a new collection is never a solo effort but a team process. Inspiration often comes from personal travels and references pulled from the team’s own archives, and the creative rollout is truly an all hands on deck collaboration.
Heaven Mayhem has such a distinct style, energy, and brand presence. What are your top tips for memorable world-building?
Pia Mance: Building our community has been a huge focus from the start. We host bi-weekly community conversations and are launching a new project, Community Design Lab, where 30 community members are helping us choose colors and textures for our laptop cases. I love receiving feedback directly from our community and applying it to future launches. Heaven Mayhem has always been a team effort, and making our community feel like a real part of our world is our top priority.

What’s been your favorite reframe that’s opened up more freedom in your life recently?
Pia Mance: Realizing that rest isn’t a break from being productive and that it’s part of it. Slowing down helps me create better and have a clearer vision.
