How much does shipping cost?

We are happy to offer free shipping for US and CA orders over $100. All subscription orders also qualify for free shipping! Standard shipping for orders under $100 excluding subscriptions is $7.99 USD and $11.99 CAD. 

How long will it take to get my order?

Our standard pre-shipment processing time is 1-3 business days. Please see below for Canadian, United States and International shipping details. Please note during high volume periods all processing and shipping times are subject to change.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

No, we currently do not support PO box delivery. If you have an active subscription with a PO box address please reach out to hello@arrae.com to update the address!

Can I track my order?

Yes! Tracking is updated based on carrier service agreements, however, if you have not received a tracking confirmation 72 hours after placing your order please reach out to hello@arrae.com.

Can I return or cancel my order?

Yes! We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please review our returns page for details regarding our refund and returns policy.

How can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately orders cannot be edited or cancelled if our fulfillment teams have begun processing your order. Alternatively you can request a return once the shipment has been delivered. If you have a subscription please cancel your order prior to auto-renewals. Cancelling a subscription will not impact orders already being processed/in-transit.

Does Arrae offer price adjustments?

Unfortunately we do not. We cannot make price adjustments retroactively, and we cannot honor a sale discount for any purchases made outside the sale period.

Does Arrae ship internationally?

Yes! We provide shipping to the following locations: USA, Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Japan, Bahrain, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Hong Kong SAR, Iceland, Jersey, Kuwait, New Zealand,  Norway, Poland, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates

How long will it take to get my international order?

Depending on the destination it can take up to 25 days to receive your order.

Does Arrae pay for duties and customs?

All duties and customs charges are clearly displayed at checkout and are included in your final checkout total. Where applicable the customer is liable for paying any additional customs, duties, and taxes at the discretion of the local customs agency. Customers shipping to locations outside of CA and US are responsible for ordering in accordance with their respective customs and import regulations.

Are there order maximums for international orders? 

Yes, due to commercial import regulations in Australia we are unable to ship orders with a value over $1000 Australian dollars. Please reach out to hello@arrae.com for any questions/concerns.

How often do subscription orders ship?

Subscription shipping frequency varies depending on your selected subscription! 

1-month delivery: A 1-month supply auto-shipped monthly

2-month delivery: A 2-month supply auto-shipped monthly

3-month delivery: A 3-month supply auto-shipped every 3 months

6-month delivery: A 6-month supply auto-shipped every 6 months

How can I manage my shipping frequency?

Can I swap a product in my subscription?

We are happy to provide product swaps for US customers via your subscription dashboard. For Canadian and International customers please reach out to hello@arrae.com.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscriptions via the subscription dashboard 24 hours before auto renewals take place. Please note if your order has already been processed, any changes will apply to the following month.

Why can't I apply discounts to my subscription?

Our discount codes do not apply to subscriptions as they are already offered at a discounted rate. We recommend postponing your auto-renewal subscription to leverage current discounts when offered, especially on one time purchases!

Are Arrae's products clinically tested?

Arrae products are formulated with clinically-studied ingredients backed by numerous gold-standard randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled studies. Our ingredients have strong safety and efficacy profiles at the dosages provided and our formulas have gone through rigorous pilot testing to ensure the best possible product.

Are Arrae products 3rd party tested?

While there are no known side effects, we do not recommend taking Arrae products with alcohol.

Where are Arrae's products manufactured?

Our products are proudly made in the USA in cGMP certified facilities. Our ingredients are carefully sourced from trusted suppliers around the globe including North America and Europe.

Do Arrae's products contain any fillers?

Arrae products are made without any unnecessary fillers or additives. Every ingredient is carefully chosen with results driven intention!

How should I store my Arrae products?

Arrae products should be kept in their original packaging, tightly sealed, and stored in a cool, dark, dry place. Avoid areas with high humidity (like bathrooms) or extreme temperature changes to maintain optimal freshness and potency through the product's shelf life. Arrae products, including Tribiotic, are shelf stable and do not require refrigeration.

Can I use multiple Arrae products at the same time?

Yes! Arrae products are carefully formulated to complement each other and can be used together for enhanced benefits. They’re designed to integrate seamlessly into your wellness routine so you can customize your stack to best support your needs.

Can I take my supplements after the expiration date?

While taking them shortly after is generally not harmful, their potency and effectiveness may naturally decline. For optimal benefits, it’s best to use Arrae’s products within their shelf life. We recommend discontinuing use of your Arrae supplements beyond the date printed on the product.

Can I use Arrae products while pregnant or breastfeeding?

For those who are pregnant, breastfeeding or planning to conceive, we always advise checking in with your provider or OBGYN and getting the green light on any supplements you are taking or planning to take.

Can I use Arrae products with alcohol?

How old do you have to be to use Arrae products?

Our products and services are not intended for children under the age of 18.

Can I open my capsule and mix it with water?

Yes, for those that find it difficult to consume capsules, you can open up the capsules and mix the contents in warm water. This will not reduce the efficacy. We recommend avoiding hot liquids, as very high temperatures could affect the potency of the ingredients. Keep in mind many of our formulas contain concentrated herbal ingredients so the taste may be strong.
