A 200 Year Old Tradition… Reimagined

An aperitif is an alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink that is consumed before meals to stimulate digestion. In 1786, Antonio Bendetto created a flavored wine which became known as Vermouth, and became a drink traditionally had before food.

Over time, Aperol, Campari and numerous others joined the aperitif tradition. These bitter tasting drinks help with the breakdown of foods, balance the appetite, and keep you satiated from your meals.

Gut Boost is our gut-friendly, non-alcoholic take on this age-old tradition.

FAQs

What is a digestive bitter?

Digestive bitters are a blend of herbal extracts that stimulate the bitter taste receptors in the mouth in order to support the digestive system. Bitters are taken before a meal as a preventative measure for improved digestion or at any time to regulate appetite and decrease cravings.

Who is Gut Boost for?

Gut Boost is especially great for those who experience bloating, IBS, acid reflux, decreased gut motility, decreased digestive enzyme production, and abdominal discomfort during meals.

How many times a day can Arrae Gut Boost be taken?

We recommend you use it before your heaviest meals, which are often lunch and dinner. However, you can use it up to three times a day.

What are the key benefits I should expect from using Arrae Gut Boost?

Gut Boost will prime your digestive system for a meal by stimulating saliva and digestive enzyme production. It also improves nutrient absorption, while preventing GI discomfort, and regulating appetite and cravings.

What does Arrae Gut Boost taste like?

Arrae Gut Boost has a refreshing blood orange flavor with a slight ginger spice. The bitterness is designed to stimulate your taste buds.

Can I take Arrae Bloat and Arrae Gut Boost together?

Arrae Bloat and Arrae Gut Boost were designed to work together as the ultimate superhero duo for gut health before and after eating. Arrae Gut Boost is taken before your meal as a primer to kick-start your digestion process by stimulating saliva production and digestive enzymes. Arrae Bloat is taken after meals to combat bloating, promote optimal digestion, and eliminate gas and other abdominal discomforts.

Is this pregnancy safe?

We always recommend speaking with your physician prior to taking any supplement or medication during pregnancy.

Can I have Arrae Gut Boost if I am taking a probiotic?

Yes! Each of these products serves a different role in promoting optimal digestive health. For example, while a probiotic facilitates the gut microbiome balance, Gut Boost activates the digestive process before a meal. Following a meal, Bloat controls any other GI symptoms. So you are supported all around!
