Arrae is a leading wellness brand specializing in 100% natural supplements to help everyday issues. As we continue to grow at an accelerated pace, we are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Retail Account Manager to help grow and maintain our retail partnerships.
About The Role:
We’re looking for a Junior Retail Account Manager to support and expand our small retail accounts, including fitness studios, medical spas, small natural markets, and luxury boutiques. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in relationship management, loves building trust with retailers, and has a passion for health and wellness.
What You'll Do:
● Manage and maintain relationships with existing small retail partners, ensuring top-tier service and brand representation.
● Conduct retail outreach to expand Arrae’s presence in fitness studios, medical spas, luxury boutiques, and natural markets.
● Oversee wholesale product orders and sales tracking, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and inventory management.
● Utilize Faire and Shopify to manage wholesale sales, create orders, and build invoices.
● Track and analyze wholesale performance, creating weekly sales reports for internal
review.
● Collaborate with internal teams including operations and marketing teams.
● Develop marketing initiatives that support retailer success.
● Travel around Los Angeles for in-person retailer meetings and product training sessions.
● 1-2 years of retail experience.
● People-oriented – You have strong interpersonal skills and can build trust with retailers.
● Highly organized – You can manage multiple accounts, orders, and sales reports
efficiently.
● Sales & marketing savvy – You know how to market a brand and communicate product
value.
● Familiar with Wholesale Operations – You understand wholesale terminology, invoicing,
and platforms like Faire and Shopify.
● LA-based & willing to travel – You’re comfortable with in-person meetings and product
training around Los Angeles.
● Positive, proactive, and eager to learn and grow
