No, Bloat Gummies contain 0g of sugar and no sugar alcohols. They’re instead sweetened with a blend of prebiotic fibers like scFOS and acacia fiber, along with Reb M, a zero-calorie sweetener derived from fermented rice. This allows us to create a great-tasting gummy without the need for added sugar or artificial sweeteners.

We recommend taking two gummies per serving for the full effect. If you are typically sensitive to digestive supplements, you can start with one gummy and work your way up. Do not exceed a maximum of two servings per day.
