About The Role

We’re looking for a Part-Time Junior Retail Account Representative to support and grow our smaller retail accounts — including fitness studios, medical spas, luxury boutiques, and natural markets. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about wellness and excited to learn the ins and outs of the retail and CPG world.
You’ll work closely with our internal teams to manage day-to-day account relationships, track performance, and support key retail initiatives. As Arrae’s retail footprint continues to expand, this role offers meaningful opportunities for growth and increased responsibility.

What You'll Do

  • Manage, maintain relationships & conduct product/brand training with existing small retail partners, ensuring top-tier service and strong brand representation.
  • Conduct retail outreach to expand Arrae’s presence in fitness studios, medical spas, luxury boutiques, hotels, and natural markets.
  • Oversee wholesale product orders and sales tracking, ensuring seamless fulfillment and inventory alignment.
  • Utilize Faire and Shopify to manage wholesale sales, create orders, and build invoices.
  • Track and analyze wholesale performance metrics, compiling weekly sales and analytics
    reports for internal review.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support account growth and execution.
  • Develop creative marketing initiatives that help drive retailer sell-through and
    engagement.
  • Travel within Los Angeles for retailer meetings, events, and product training sessions.

Who You Are

  • Some prior experience in retail, sales, or account support (internships or part-time roles count).
  • A strong interest in the CPG and retail industry with the desire to grow into a long-term role as our retail business expands.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills — you’re comfortable engaging with clients and partners.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented — you can manage multiple accounts, orders, and reports at once.
  • Baseline analytics experience — you can interpret sales data, identify trends, and create clear performance summaries.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and Canva for retail deck creation and collaboration.
  • Familiar with wholesale platforms and operations — you understand invoicing, order processing, and systems like Faire and Shopify, and Shipbob.
  • LA-based and willing to travel locally for meetings and trainings.
  • Positive, proactive, and eager to learn and grow with a fast-moving team.
