I use this in conjunction with Bloat and the combo is amazing. I highly highly recommend. I have tried everything from high-dose magnesium, laxatives, etc. This is fantastic when taken regularly. I don't recommend trying to use it as needed as its not as strong as a laxative, but more to maintain healthy digestion.
Ive only been using a month but having more and more regular goes every week thanks to this! I used to only go twice a week. This has definitely helped. I do t go every day but probably every other now!
